TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing or using Zipliy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, staff members, and customers who interact with businesses through the Platform.

To use Zipliy, you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must be at least 18 years old with legal authority to bind your business.

Zipliy grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform for your internal business operations. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the service or use it for unlawful purposes.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by Zipliy Inc. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Platform.

You retain ownership of all data you upload. You grant Zipliy a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but may need occasional maintenance. We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control including internet outages or third-party failures.

Zipliy's total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the twelve months prior to any claim. Zipliy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

You may cancel anytime. We retain data for 30 days before permanent deletion. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
